Childcare

Our qualified childcare staff is here to take care of your children while you participate in worship, an education class, or even an informal church gathering. Each member of the childcare staff is background checked and CPR/AED+ First-Aid Certified. When reading The Good Tidings newsletter, check to see if childcare is available for an event you would like to intend. If you are not sure that childcare will be available, you can ask Pastor Megan by emailing her at MeganS@gablesucc.org and she will let you know.

Baptism

In the United Church of Christ, people are baptized either as children or adults. Baptism with water and the Holy Spirit is the mark of their acceptance into the care of Christ’s church, the sign and seal of their participation in God’s forgiveness and the beginning of their new growth into full Christian faith and life. If you are interested in having your child baptized, email Pastor Laurie at LaurieH@gablesucc.org.
