Things to Know
The estimated cost of the trip will be $500 per person*, not including spending/snack money and a couple of meals. We will hold one fundraiser this spring to help cover costs for the trip.
*Plane Ticket, Hotel Accommodation, General Synod Registration, Transportation to and from Kansas City Airport, Amusement Park Entrance Fee, and all meals, except two lunches are included.
Youth will receive 10 hours of service hours as part of the trip.
Preparation Timeline (aka Dates to Know)
Tuesday, March 4 at 7:00 p.m. – Zoom Informational Meeting for all parents/guardians/youth interested in the trip Youth Mission Trip Orientation
Thursday, March 20 – Registration Deadline with payment of $200 Deposit
Wednesday, April 16 – Final Payment of $300 Due
Friday, May 9 at 6:30 p.m. – Youth Fundraising Spaghetti Dinner Cooked by the Youth and their Parents
Thursday, May 29 at 7:00 p.m. – Zoom Meeting for Youth and Parents
Tuesday, July 1 at 7:00 p.m. – Final Zoom Meeting for Youth and Parents
