Hunger Vigil

Once again Pastor Laurie will head up to the church tower to be locked in until we raise five tons of food for Feeding South Florida and our own Food Pantry. According to a recent national mayor’s report, there has been a 36-percent increase in Miami’s homeless population, which means an overwhelming increase in hunger right in our own backyard. Festival of the Flea

As part of our Hunger Vigil day we are celebrating the Festival of the Flea. It’s a flea market with a twist. For $25 (which goes to Feeding South Florida) you can have a table or space for your car on the Church Green to sell any items you wish. CAP Saturday Music Classes

The CAP Conservatory for the Arts Saturday Music Classes began in September and takes place each Saturday through April in the Coral Gables Congregational UCC Arts & Education Wing and Early Childhood Center (ECC). Classes include instrument training (violin, viola, cello, bass, guitar, mandolin, piano, brass, percussion, and voice), songwriting, written and aural music theory class, CAP Harmony class, performance practice, and more.
