Join us for an immersive, online experience that combines gentle yoga, meditation, and restorative breathing with a deep connection to our work for social justice. Led by Michelle Douglas of Root to Rise Yoga in NYC, this innovative class will engage your body, breath, and heart in ways that are accessible to everyone. It will also connect us to our unique commitments to justice in the world. Michelle has been a yoga instructor since 2016 and believes that in order to see systemic change, we must first do the inner work and awaken the love inside of us.
