The Sacrament of Holy Communion

Chalice and loaf of bread in front of altar

During Holy Communion, we share a simple meal of bread and wine/grape juice. We experience the presence of Christ again. Together, around God’s welcome table, we recall God’s loving acts especially in Jesus, we experience our oneness in Christ, hope for a time when all will be fed, and anticipate the fullness of God’s love and justice throughout creation.

Our table is wide-open to all who desire a closer relationship with God, no matter your age, gender identity, station in life, sexual orientation, or faith tradition. Grape juice is used and gluten-free bread is available so that all may come freely to the table.
