Health Care Discrimination – Gives doctors the right to refuse treatment to patients based on their beliefs or conscience. Will lead to healthcare discrimination against LGBTQ people
House Bill 1557 and Senate Bill 1834
The “Don’t Say Gay Bill” – Prohibits teachers and students from talking about LGBTQ+ issues in schools
House Bill 7 and Senate Bill 148
The “Stop WOKE” Act – Prevents teaching of America’s history of racial injustice if it causes “discomfort” or “guilt” among students
