We Are the Church Together
In this time where we are not able to physically be together, we would like to create a reminder that church is the people. Elena Korallis, our Director of Communications, is collecting videos of people singing “I Am the Church, You Are the Church” to edit together and share online. If you are comfortable having your likeness on social media, please consider sending a video!
Remember, you are the church, even if you think you can’t sing! We want to hear you! We will only end up taking a few words from each video when we edit them together.
- Please take a video of yourself (alone or with others) singing the full song. If you are not familiar with the song, please listen to the video above.
- The video can be very simple, or you can be as creative as you’d like.
- If using a smartphone or similar device to record, please hold it horizontally so that the image is side-to-side.
- Email the video to Elena at ElenaK@gablesucc.org by Tuesday, March 24, 2020.
- If the video is too large to send, you can upload the video to Dropbox, OneDrive, etc. and share the link with Elena. If you are not familiar with how to do that, send Elena an email and she will help you out.
